The Gender Equality Act, Succession to the Throne of Men and Women is a law designed to restore freedom and gender equality between men and women.
The Act is based on a number of laws in Vietnam and was revised prior to its adoption
98% of MPs approved the bill and allowed men and women to inherit the throne in the legal order.
