His Grace General Felkin Parker, 1st Duke of London KG KO OKB OW KSM ADC(P) (4 November 2002 – present) is an Ostrei politician who served as the first Dictator of Ostrem, and is now serving as Viceroy. He served in His Royal Air Force as Deputy Chief of the Air Staff with the rank of Air Marshal, who after active service was promoted to the rank of Marshal of His Royal Air Force to serve as Air Aide-de-Camp. He retired with the honourary rank of Marshal of His Royal Air Force, and now serves as Aide-de-Camp to the Duchess of Concord as an army general. He previously served as Chief of the Coast Guard under His Royal Navy.
