The Executive and Supreme Powers Act 2022 is an Act of Assembly that outlines the extra powers and abilities of the executives of the Arstotzkan Federal Government, namely the First, Second and Vice Presidents. It continues the powers that were established in Section 3 of the Constitution.
The Executive and Supreme Powers Act 2022 along with the Land and Territories Act 2020 are the only two Acts of Assembly that are part of the Constitutional Framework. The act also establishes the Article of Executive Privilege in federal law.

Section 1: Office of the Presidency
Article 1: The Office of the Presidency is to be headed by an elected group of people and is to be elected by the people of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union.
Article 2: The role of the First President of the Arstotzkan Union is to be a position that shall last for the entire life of the individual. In the event of their passing, the Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union is to become the First President of the Arstotzkan Union and the State Governor of Unified State of the Arstotzkan Union Proper is to become the Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union. Article 3: The role of the Second President of the Arstotzkan Union is to be a position that shall last for the entire life of the individual. In the event of their passing, the Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union is to become the Second President of the Arstotzkan Union and the State Governor of Unified State of the Arstotzkan Union Proper is to become the Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union. Article 4: The First President of the Arstotzkan Union shall be the Kommondant of the People’s Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union.
Article 5: For a member of the people of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union to become First President of the Arstotzkan Union, they must be at least 16 years of age, have served in the civil service for at least 1 year and 6 months or be a member of a branch of the Arstotzkan Federal Government for at least 6 months.
Paragraph 1: The individual must also be vetted by the members of the Executive Committee for the Office of the Presidency
Paragraph 2: The individual must also have been a citizen of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union for at least three months.
Article 6: For a member of the people of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union to become Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union or Second President of the Arstotzkan Union they can only become so if they have been selected by the First President of the Arstotzkan Union or by the First General Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Office of the Presidency.
Article 7: At any time the First President may move the Second President to become the Acting First President and Acting Kommondant of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union. This Article and Action shall be referred to as the Article of Executive Privilege.
Article 8: The First President of the Arstotzkan Union shall hold the rank of Kommondant of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union and shall have the power to command, control, deploy (within legal reason) the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union in an act to preserve, protect and guard the national security and sovereignty of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union.
Article 9: The Second President shall hold the rank of General in the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union and shall act (in accordance with law) to uphold and enforce the actions ordered by the Kommondant of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union. The Second President cannot disobey or disregard an order or directive from the Kommondant. All orders are to be carried out in full.
