The Emperors of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria are together the heads of state (Monarchs) of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria.
The Emperors have the executive, legislative and judicial powers, that, in their names, are transferred to and exercised by other officers. Justice is administered, in their names, by the judiciary system, with judges that they establish. The executive power is delegated by the Emperors to the Governorship of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria, while the Light Blue Commission of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria exercises the legislative power in behalf of the Emperors.
Their full titles are: Emperors of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria, Sovereigns of the Order of the White Star Grand Duke of Imvrassia (for Fabrizio I) and leaders of the Nationalist Party of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria.

Requirements for be elected

To be elected as Emperor of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria, a person must:

  • Have the citizenship of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria;
  • Be adult (18 years old at the least);
  • Be of different sex from the other head of State (one male Emperor and one feminine Empress);
  • Do not have criminal records;
  • Accept the election (if wished, the elected can renounce to his duty and a new Conclave will be held).
