Alessia I is the Empress and co-head of State of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria.
The Sovereign has the executive, legislative and judicial powers, that, in her name, are transferred to and exercised by other officers.
Justice is administered, in her name, by the judiciary system, with judges that she establishes. The executive power is delegated by the Empress to the Governorship of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria, while the Light Blue Commission of the Most Serene Empire of Azzurria exercises the legislative power in behalf of the Empress.
