Emmett Winters is a Norish politican from the United States of America. Emmett Winters began his political career in the Democratic Republic of Seybold in March 2019 and is currently the mayor of the Norish City of Hirntot.
Politically, Emmett Winters micronationally identifies as the Democratic Party. Overall, he considers himself to be a Centrist.
Seyboldish Political Career
On 27 March 2019, the Seybold Department of Immigration accepted a new citizenship form of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. Overall, this makes the population of the Democratic Republic of Seybold be at thirteen, which is also very exciting. The first citizenship form of the day was submitted by a man by the name of Emmett Feis Winters, who lives in Florida and is twelve years of age. Emmett Feis Winters was very excited to become a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold and has been waiting a while for an opportunity to join the Democratic Republic of Seybold. He will be living in Woodlelands City, the Province of New Woodlelands. President Cooper Norfolk was also very excited to welcome another citizen, mainly because Mr. Winters is a very good friend of President Cooper Norfolk. Emmett Feis Winters has been appointed to the office of head of the Seybold Department of Immigration. He was appointed to that position due to his experience in organization and overall immigration techniques. President Cooper Norfolk was happy to hand over his duty of being the head of the Seybold Department of Immigration to Emmett Feis Winters. Emmet Winters has chosen to join the Green Party of Seybold. He wanted to join the Green Party of Seybold because it quote, "was the only party that fit [his] views the most out of all of the political parties in [the Democratic Republic of] Seybold," according to Emmett Winters. Emmett Winters was very excited to become a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. He also has promised to fulfill the duties of the office of the Head of the Seybold Department of Immigration to the best of his abilities. Emmett Winters has also won a seat in the Lawmakers’ Council, the National Assembly, and the 1st District of the New Springfield City Council.
Role in the Itzen Investigation
On 6 April 2019, the Itzen Investigation, which was a Federal Investigation into Maximilian Joseph, who threatened to declare civil war in the Democratic Republic of Seybold and harassed many government members, released the Itzen Report. In that report, it was revealed that Maximilian Joseph had threatened to murder Emmett Winters, which is an offense that is very much shamed upon in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. Emmett Winters was also revealed to have been given protection from the Seybold Reserve for a short period of time to protect him from Maximilian Joseph.
Norish Political Career
On 14 July 2019, after Emmett Winters passed the citizenship test and filled out the citizenship form, he officialy became a citizen of the Norfolk Empire. Then he annexed a small area of land, only about 5.3m2, for the Norfolk Empire. The new land is too small to be a Duchy or a State, so Emmett Winters declared the territory a City. To be more specific, he named the new settlement the "City of Hirntot", which is German for Braindead. No one was able to ask Emmett Winters about the name of the city, but it is thought that it is named after 2016 CBS political comedy "Braindead". The city consists of a former American game room and kitchen, which the Norfolk Empire will not have a lot of control over, just because Americans use the land more the Norish citizens do. Emmett Winters was chosen to be the Mayor of the new city by the Duke and Duchess of Bitty Ridge.
Personal life
Outside of micronationalism, Emmett Winters is a Middle School Student in Florida and enjoys playing the popular video game Minecraft.
