The Deputy Justice of the Micronational Assembly served as an assistant to the Chief Justice of the Micronational Assembly and presided over cases wherein the Chief Justice was accused of a crime whilst additionally confirming election results. The position was abolished on 26 January 2024 following the passage of the Court Reform Act, which established the positions of Associate Justices of the Micronational Assembly.
