The Dale Cup is a rivalry cup, and overall rivalry between the two founding and local Surrey members of the M-League Cardinals M.F.C. and Woking Dales M.F.C.. It is considered the biggest rivalry in the M-League with the two teams never playing a friendly against one another, with only Woking Dales B team, F.C. Dales having played a mid-season friendly against the Cardinals during the 2015 M-League season. Even in the M-League's short history the two teams can be considered the most successful in the league having won the two opening titles between them, Cardinals winning the inaugural Champions' Cup, originally named the M-League Cup, and Woking Dales narrowly beating Cardinals, by a single point, to win the 2014 Autumn M-League title, with 2nd placed Cardinals having a 5 point gap on 3rd placed Vyktory Dragons.
