The 2015 M-League Premier Division is the second and last season of the M-League following the closure of the EA Sports FIFA World servers, the highest division of virtual intermicronational football. Woking Dales were the defending league champions and Cardinals are the defending League Cup champions. The Cardinals won the Spring season but the Autumn season and Champions' Cup could not be played because of the closure of the EA Sports FIFA World servers stopping the league from functioning as intended.

At this stage six teams contested the league: Cardinals, Los Toros, Royal City, Woking Dales, Vertigo and Vyktory Dragons.

Teams

C.D. Vertigo, of Vertigo, were elected into the league during the course of the 2014 season but were unable to compete due to the competition having already begun, C.D. Vertigo were announced as M-League members by Acting-League President Danny Clarke, on December 8 2014 through his State of the League Address through the Dale News Agency.

F.C. Los Toros, of Vertigo, were elected into the league during the course of the 2015 season preparations and were admitted as a M-League member on December 14 2015. F.C. Los Toros became the second Vertigo team to enter the M-League.
