The Creative Crest of Honour is one of the awards in the Empire of Førvania, and it is awarded for excellence in music, television, movies, radio, or writing. It was founded in August 2015 by Emperor Nicholai. Any person awarded the Cres can have the abbreviation CCH after their surname, for example, 'Anthony Clark CCH'.
