Conferences of Quorum of Party

1st Consultative Conference and Quorum Conference (Party Provisional Convocation)

Zerorius Hiruko, Alexander Vanisov, Tanos or Nut Tennis, Srattha Ruchirawimon, Jeeper, the first five members of the party, assembled on 6 November 2019 and wrote the Oath of Fives and elected the representative who holds the presiding officers in party, Zerorius Hiruko had been elected the Regent of Quorum.

1st Emergency Session of Quorum Conference, 1st Extraordinary Session of Quorum Affairs Council

The members from 1st Quorum Conference had been gathered by calling of the Regent and declared the formation of Provisional Government of Knowledge for All Party on 15 December 2019.

2nd Consultative Conference and Quorum Conference, 2nd Extraordinary Session of Quorum Affairs Council

Thanakrit Daeng-ed, the member of Quorum of Party and Commissioner of History Meme Zone (later known as History Club), called the member to draft the new constitution of History Meme Zone, Zerorius Hiruko as Regent of Quorum and Standing Speaker approved and appointed him to Provisional Speaker of 2nd Consultative's sessions, and Zerorius is still in charge of Standing Speaker. After the coup in the History Meme Zone Facebook Page, Zerorius, the presiding officer of the legislative session, declared the end of the session.

3rd Consultative Conference and Quorum Conference

Zerorius Hiruko, the head of Quorum of Party, called the joint legislative bodies (Quorum of Party, Consultative Council) to the joint conference about opening the Facebook page's referendum and appointing the executive committee of the KfA's Facebook page, 8 votes from plenipotentiary members (8 votes in Quorum of Party and Consultative Council), 1 vote from commons' faction member (Consultative Council). Regent of Quorum and Standing Speaker declared the referendum passed.

4th Quorum Conference, 1st Supreme Court Convocation, 3rd Extraordinary Session of Quorum Affairs Council

Zerorius Hiruko, the head of Quorum of Party, called the quorum for deciding the final adjudication to members in the group (not from the quorum) to hold the role of "Sinner" and called the ending term of 3rd Cabinet and started 4th Cabinet.

4th Extraordinary Session of Quorum Affairs Council

The chairman of Prudentianopolis's cabinet called the members to talk about the formation of the central digital library and choosing of host platform to keep the digital books, also the announcing the appointment of Lord Librarian of State, as the sole manager of the central digital library, Nopporn Songsuksumphao.
