Founded in June 2019, the Bell Baxter Pupil Freedom Movement (BBPFM) is a small values group within Bell Baxter High School founded and maintained by senior pupils as an answer what the group calls "Unnecessary and wildly authoritarian changes that create tension and frustration in an environment that defines itself as a place for young people to safely learn in the most beneficial way for them". It founds itself on anonymity and peaceful activism, steering away from the childish acts of protest that often occur around the school.
Founding
Due to anonymity policies within the movement, the identity of the founder is not public. Leaders only communicate through senior members of the 3rd (Kingdom of Fife) Local Support Battalion of the Tarvitian Army who's appointment has not yet been made public knowledge. It is believed that the creation of the movement was an informal event that occurred within the Assembly Hall dining area of the school during a lunch break.
Micronational Involvement
Tarvit
The Bell Baxter Pupil Freedom Movement conducts it's operations with the support of the Kingdom of Tarvit as a subgroup of a Tarvitian Army Battalion. Being a pupil at Bell Baxter High School himself, it is believed that Founding Rex Keenan Carr takes on the role of communicating between Tarvit and the BBPFM being, apart from Rex. Lachlan, the only person who knows the identities of the BBPFM leaders.
