The Arstotzkan Statute on Military Systems of 2022 was a federal statute that established legal provisions regarding operations of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union. Originally proposed as a bill in February 2022 its legislative process official began on 30 May 2022. The statute also introduced aspects of the Firearms and Civilian Regulation Act 2021. The statute was the only other federal statute instituted in the Arstotzkan Union and on 30 June 2023 following its repeal will end the era of federal statutes and will allow the Arstotzkan Federal Government to focus solely on Acts of Assembly.

The Arstotzkan Statute on Military Systems was repealed on 30 June 2023 by the Armed Forces Act 2023.

Contents

Article 1

This Act shall establish the basis for all military (and other relative law) for the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union.

Article 2

The People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union shall be considered the sole and legitimate military force for the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union.

Article 3

The First President of the Arstotzkan Union shall hold the rank of Kommondant of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union and shall be the commander and chief of the Arstotzkan Army Corps and the Arstotzkan Navy Corps and all soldiers, sailors, commanders, et. al. shall be under the command of the Kommondant.

Article 4

This Statute shall adopt any and all legislation passed by the Federal Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union, Arstotzkan Federal Government and National Assembly that relate to the procedures of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union.

Article 5

This Statue shall enforce that the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union are the sole protectors and defenders of Arstotzkan Sovereignty and no other group or organisation shall hold said power and ability

Article 6

This Statute will prescribe into Arstotzkan Law, the articles and provisions of the Philosostan Convention on the Rules of War (2022).

Article 7

Any member of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union found breaking the articles and provisions of the Philosostan Convention, shall be tried outside of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union, in the Commonwealth Micronational Court of Criminal Justice.

Article 8

This statute will enforce the following chain of command of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union:

  1. Kommondant of the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union:
    1. First President of the Arstotzkan Union
  2. Senior Chairman of the Department of National Defense:
    1. Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union
  3. General Secretary of Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union:
    1. Any senior enlisted officer at the appointment of the First President
  4. Supreme Commanding General of Arstotzkan High Command:
    1. Any senior enlisted officer at the appointment of the First President
