ArstotzkanComm also Arstotzkan Union Telecommunications LLC is a state-owned telecommunications company in the Arstotzkan Union. It is the second oldest company in the Arstotzkan Union and is the oldest company to be founded in the Arstotzkan Union. ArstotzkanComm was founded on 5 December 2019 and was the provider of telecommunication services during the 2019 - 2020 Arstotzkan Summer Summit, however due to the December 2019 Coup, ArstotzkanComm was shutdown.

In 2022 ArstotzkanComm was brought back officially as a state owned enterprise with the passing of the State Owned Enterprises Act. Because the Arstotzkan Union's telecommunication network is based on New Zealand equipment, ArstotzkanComm does not serve much purpose.
