These regions are the federal states meaning that they are directly govern by the House Union but have some aspects of independents. House Hold and Fishing Trail are fully independent nations and don't hold their national elections on the same day as the other three.

Long Island held it's House Union and General Election on 28 March 2021. All citizen's were eligible to vote for the 6 seats on the Assembly of Long Island. The election resulted in a second minority for the governing Conservative Party despite polling showing the Conservatives would win in a landslide. The Labor opposition held on to its 2 seats in the Assembly and had a small decrease in the parties' vote. The Greens won their first seat ever in the new parliament and won nearly 10% of the vote. Long Island Initiative lost its one seat and leader Jacob Javits resigned on election night.
The 2019 elections saw the incumbent Long Island Initiative go down to the Conservative Party of Long Island. The election saw the new Labor Party win second place. For the 2021 election the Assembly of Long Island will grow from 5 to 6 Members. In the spring of 2020 the new Green Party was created because of the growing environmentalism in the country. In the Summer of 2020 one of the two Labor Party MLAs joined the new Green Party. A poll in late 2020 showed the support for the Long Island Initiative was down to just 10% and the Conservatives have risen to 60% of the vote. In early 2021 the Outdoors Party announced they would contest the 2021 elections. In March 2020 the Labor Party leader resigned due to his parties poor showing in the polls.
Long Island will once again use First Past the Post to elect members to the parliament of Long Island. Voters will have 6 votes, however they can only vote once for a candidate. For a new party to become eligible to participate in the election, they must be supported by 12.5% of all valid votes cast in the last election.
At 19:00 BNN resealed an exit poll showing that the Conservatives would win a large majority with 4 seats, the Greens with 1 seat and Labor with just 1 seat.
