The 2019 Seybold Lower Elections is a group of multiple separate elections that started on 9 April 2019 and will end on either 18 April 2019 or 20 April 2019. Like a normal Lower Election, the 2019 Seybold Lower Elections has candidates running for all positions that are not counted as Executive positions, like the President of the Democratic Republic of Seybold.

History
Executive Order into a Special By-election
On 9 April 2019, President Cooper Norfolk signed an executive order based on popular demand by citizens. This executive order was very popular with the newer citizens and government members of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. The executive order that was recently signed by President Cooper Norfolk was related to a Special By-election of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. President Cooper Norfolk signed the executive order to have a special by-election because of the citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold that were demanding an earlier election. The election that has been rescheduled is the Lower Elections of the Democratic Republic of Seybold, which is where citizens elect a Governor, Lawmaker’s Council Representative, National Assembly Representative, Mayor, and City Council Representative depending on their residence. These Elections were supposed to occur around 5 August 2019, but they were moved to this April so the Democratic Republic of Seybold could survive longer with the Sitzungssaal filled and with other positions filled. This would help the Democratic Republic of Seybold a lot, as more laws could be passed and there would be more political diversity. The Executive order was signed at 05:55 GMT-5 in New Springfield, the Federal District of New Springfield by President Cooper Norfolk. The executive order says quote, ” One. This Executive Order will allow the Seyboldish Lower Elections to be moved from beginning on 5 August 2019 to beginning on 9 April 2019. Two. The Seybold Department of Elections will be in charge of making sure that all candidates for every position have fulfilled the requirements to run and to overall keep a count of who is running for each office. Three. The offices that citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold can run for is Governor or National Assembly Representative of their subdivision, Lawmaker’s Council Representative and City Council Seat of their District, or Mayor of their City. Four. All citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold have the right to run for multiple positions at once. Five. Citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold can start to announce their candidacy for those positions on 9 April 2019 up until 12 Friday 2019, which can be called off early if all of the candidates have been announced, the primaries between political parties in all races, if any, will take place on 14 April 2019 with a debate for all of them and then voting will end on 15 April 2019, the main elections will occur on 16 April 2019 with voting that lasts until 18 April 2019, and if there is a need for another runoff election in any positions, they will occur on 20 April 2019 and the voting will end until 22 April 2019. Six. The qualifications for running in a position is announcing your candidacy to the Seybold Department of Elections and publicly announcing your candidacy. ” Below that, there was the signature of President Cooper Norfolk, as there always is in an executive order. The executive order officially declared the Special by-election and allowed candidates to officially announce that they are running. The executive order also specified that any citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold can run for multiple offices. The reason that this is currently legal is that the Democratic Republic of Seybold does not currently have enough citizens to fill every position individually.
Primaries
On 12 April 2019, the Seybold Department of Elections announced that the Primaries within individual political parties for multiple offices had begun. They officially started at 10 A.M. GMT-5 14 April 2019. Citizens could vote by sending their ballot to the Seybold Department of Elections or physically voting in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. If a citizen was to send their ballot to the Seybold Department of Elections, an employee of the Seybold Department of Elections would have put the ballot in a secure folder used by the Seybold Department of Elections is currently using to collect all of the ballots that citizens have already submitted. If a citizen was to physically vote in the Democratic Republic of Seybold, they would have gone to the Federal District of New Springfield to vote while an employee of the Seybold Department of Elections stayed close by to protect and then collect your ballot at the end of the day. The majority of the citizens of the Democratic Republic of Seybold that have voted and were allowed to vote in this election voted via the first option. In the primaries, there are only six people that are allowed to vote, which is only 33.33% of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. There are only six citizens allowed to vote because their political party is voting between two candidates in their political party to run against other political parties candidates. The two political parties that are having primaries. Those two political parties are the Green Party of Seybold and the Independent Party of Seybold. The Independent Party was voting on their candidate for the Governor of the Province of New Woodlelands. The two candidates running for the nomination are Roger Bluetoski and Jason Keourac, both from Woodlelands City, the Province of New Woodlelands. The Green Party of Seybold is debating between three positions. The three positions are Lawmaker’s Council Representative for District Two of the Federal District of New Springfield, one of the City Council Representatives of New Springfield, the Federal District of New Springfield, and the Governor of the Federal District of New Springfield. For the Lawmaker’s Council Representative District Two, the two candidates running for the nomination are Emmett Winters and Kof Fog, both from New Springfield. The two candidates for a Governor of the Federal District of New Springfield are Kof Fogg, both are from New Springfield, the Federal District of New Springfield. The two candidates for the New Springfield District One City Council Seat is Emmett Winters and Cooper Norfolk, both of which are from New Springfield. So far, 83.33% of primary voters have voted for their candidate. There were multiple planned debates for all the positions for the Green Party of Seybold, but they were all cancelled due to candidates not showing up. Thankfully, the Independent Party of Seybold was still able to hold their Gubernatorial debate. The official debate was held at about 13:00 GMT-5 in the Federal District of New Springfield.
