Presidential elections were held in Tagtabazar on June 3, 2017, one month after its establishment as a autonomous republic that was part of the Popular Union of Occitania. In these elections, Juan Cisneros, leader of the Progressive Independent Party was the only candidate. He was elected with 100% of the votes.
