Penny (b. 20 April 2020; pedigree name Coulbymoor Lady Penelope at Bramarley) is a bullmastiff who serves as the incumbent Mascot of the Order of the Bullmastiff. She is a Bramarley bullmastiff - as was the Order's first Mascot, Rose, in a revival of that kennel by its owner.

Penny was born in April 2020 in Weaverham, but lives in Spain. She is owned by a couple who are old friends of the former Emperor Terry I. Her owners consented to Penny being appointed the new Mascot in October 2022 by Emperor Jonathan I following almost five years of the position being vacant. Penny is a distant relative of all three previous Mascots proper, being great-grandniece of Rose and great-x2 grandniece of Edd (the third Mascot, Lily, was Rose's daughter).

On 13 April 2024, Jonathan I issued an Imperial Edict creating a "line of succession" of sorts to the position of Mascot, comprised of two other bullmastiffs also owned by Penny's owners.
