The First Zarkyivian Crisis began after Zarkyiv had political instability causing a Qardaishan intervention and eventual annexation of the country, this made Zarkyiv a vassal state of Qardasha and incorporate it as a Qardaishan State. Later on, Both Zarkyiv and Qardasha would join forces in the arm of invading the Sultanate of Unova, however the plan failed and it received backlashed against the community. The Crisis would end after discussions between the three leaders, peace talk were declared causing the conflict to stop.

Causes

A few weeks in after the establishment of the Republic of Zarkyiv, It had found it self in a bit of a crisis. Due to a lack of financial resources, the republic could not provide citizens with a net income. The then president, Manggala Alif Prasetia, had hoped that a economic and financial plan were to be suggested and revitalized, however, that plan failed, as it did not receive the requirement need for supply and demand of the certain products. Furthermore, due to hostility between other nations, it could not provide a stable foreign policy. Prasetia, without any hopes, resigned from presidency, leaving the vice president, Azka Prasetyo in charge of operations.

Aftermath

What soon followed was the start of the Islamic Republic of Zarkyiv, a Qardaishan vassal state. Although this looked beneficial for both parties at that time, resentment over the Qardaishan community was starting to increase for no reason, this resulted in the Second Zarkyivian Crisis.
