Viskonian Empire

Viskonia, officially the Viskonian Empire, was a micronation located in Asia. Viskonia was short-lived, having being founded in May 2021 and dissolved in order to join Richensland as a liberated territory in November of the same year.

History
The Beginning
The Viskonian Empire started as the Empire of Carmel Wood By Bhuvan P on May 4, 2021, It was a One man nation until October 1 when he first started talking with Nyck Bradaten.
Abdication
Emperor Bhuvan I abdicated on October 20, Princess Meenakshi became the Monarch. It was an absolute monarchy even then,
As Princess Meenakshi was not old enough to rule, Aniq Sufyan became the Regent.
Transformation
Aniq Sufyan then Changes the powers of the monarch as the Regent and dissolved the current constitution, and proclaimed Viskonia as a constitutional monarchy, making himself the Prime Minister. It is the current form of the government.

Government
Viskonia is a unitary state under a constitutional monarchy. Empress Meenakshi is the monarch and head of state of Viskonia . The monarch has "the right to be consulted, the right to encourage, and the right to warn". The Constitution of the Viskonian Empire is uncodified and consists mostly of a collection of disparate written sources. The Parliament can perform "constitutional reform" simply by passing Acts of Parliament, and thus has the political power to change or abolish almost any written or unwritten element of the constitution. No Parliament can pass laws that future Parliaments cannot change. The Official Discord Server seats House of the Parliament of Viskonia Viskonia is a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy. The Parliament of Viskonia is sovereign. It is made up of a Single house. The main business of the nation takes place in the Parliament, but Imperial assent is required for a bill to become an Act of Parliament (law).
Elections
For general elections, Viskonia is divided into 12 constituencies, each of which is represented by a member of Parliament (MP). MPs hold office for up to five years and are always up for relection in general elections.
Monarchy
The post of Monarch is hereditary and is ruled by the House of Simhapore, The Successor of the monarch is appointed when the previous monarch abdicates or dies.
