Velusia is a department of Bregusland, which itself is a Crown Dependency of the Empire of Austenasia. The department encompasses a large dock (formally known as "Port Superiority") in the southernmost region of the colony, and as such is used primarily as a hub for shipping and fishing. The department was formerly a leased territory of the Empire of Kyberia from 26 March 2019 to 4 April 2020, when it returned to native rule.
