UPPX is a place for everybody interested to help organise articles relating to Paxaris. Notice that the list below will not completely compromise every outdated Paxaris-related article. Articles about historical events, such as the Midland Split, are not to be worked on on the basis that if Paxaris is shown in a past government structure or form in a historical event, you should keep it historical. To summarise: relations between UPPX and historical articles should be reworking the articles to be better and more like others, not to update flags to modern times, because then it would not be accurate.

UPPX's scope is to organise, improve, and update articles that relate to the Second Kingdom of Paxaris. This also includes micronations that are heavily influenced by/influence Paxaris.
