The Titanium Pact, a.k.a. the Rocky Mountain Alliance, abbreviated TP or RMA, is a Political, Economic, military alliance, and intermicronational cooperation of seven states, these being: United States of the Rocky Mountains, Principality of Moorsem, Kingdom of Salanda, Blanuk, the Intercontinental Republic of the Americas, and ValeVRG. The Nexan Republic was removed to to certain allegations. It is similar to Benelux, CANZUK, and AUKUS, and was established on 4/27/22 with the signing of the Titanium Pact, coming into effect on that same day.
The primary focus of the TP is to create formal relations within the micronational community.
History
The Titanium Pact came out of talks with the USRM with several micronations including Salanda and the Nexus, as well as a bill passed within the USRM. The "Foreign Policy Act", stating:
"The USRM should focus on formal diplomatic relations, rather than rising to the top of organizations. Diplomatic relations could increase stability and safety of the Rocky Mountains as well as member states... and it would be for the benefit of the USRM that formal alliances should be formed."
The pact was also formed as a response to the collapse of the RMC (Rocky Mountain Confederation) and the USRM Senate wishing to reform a better alliance.
Cooperation between the governments of the Nexus and USRM have been firmly established since the DPMUN (Directionist Party of the MUN) was formed. The initial form of diplomatic relations has expanded since then, growing to formal allies and the USRM eventually joining the League of Independent Nations. Initially, the goal of the USRM-Nexan alliance was to depose the then-chairman of the MUN, the Conservative Creek Republic. Since then, the alliance has been maintained, becoming close friends and partners.
After the USRM president became General-Secretary of the AOTM and the Fesmar affair took place, the USRM thought that formal alliances were needed. The president of the Rocky Mountains drafting up the "Contract of Alliance" which soon came to embody the Titanium Pact. It was signed fist on April 27, 2022.
The Nexus was removed on May 26, 2022 due to pedophilia accusations.
The Confederation of Malus left after the pact transitioned to a server.

Application
To join the Titanium Pact you must first add your signatory to the document. Then contact the head state (USRM) and notify them of your intention to join. If believed to be necessary by the alliance members, they will then have an inquiry into said micronation and provide a report to the rest of the members. A vote will be held on whether they are allowed to join or not.
There is now “non-signatory membership”, where you do not have to sign the pact to join the organization.
