Tenurria (Czech: Tenúrrie; Krönslandian: Tenurrien; Keleic: Tænnra; Asturi: Tenrrâ or تإنررا) is the cultural project that positions itself as a partially sovereign nation that can declare its territorial claims at any autonomously controlled territory within Czech and Slovak borders with possible expansion to the nearest countries. The attributes of this entity put it in the category of micronation or, at this moment, even the virtual country.

Name

The name of a country, which is identical in all the languages used in it, is derived from "tenurr", "night" in Ta-agra project, and is used as a name independent from all the languages, local geographical marks and cultures of both Earth and fictional Keletír.

History

The project of Tenurria is not declared officially active yet and is undergoing a long process of development and manifestation of its own distinctive features. Its failed predecessors' history dates back to year 2017.

Structure

Tenurrian Rineship is de-facto an aristocratic and partially autocratic confederacy with the definition and principles of its structure being explained in a blurred way. The level of its unities' basic autonomy and activity boundaries are yet to be defined more specifically, but until that happens, the basic explanation of Tenurrian politic and administrative complex states that it can consist of entities with different levels of autonomy, from the directly subjected provinces and up to the almost completely independent micronations using Tenurria as a cultural supporter, political ally, or umbrella for their activities and contacts with Czech civil society.

Demographics

Language

The representative ethnic languages of the nation are Estuarian, Krönslandian, Keleic and Asturi (Estuarian Persian). They are used as an auxiliary cultural instrument, but are not considered capable enough to be official and intended for usage in official records and bureaucratic exchange. The language of default macrostate Tenurria is located in, the Czech, is the most spoken language of the micronation and is primarily used for documents and national databases.

The matter of language is solved independently by entities, and the only requirement stated by Constitution is to provide a mutual understanding between the representatives of these entities.

Religion

Tenurria declares Raevism as its official and state-supported cult. Citizens of Tenurria follow either Raevism or no religion.

Culture

Cultural side of Tenurria is considered the most important and nation-forming aspect of the country. Inspired by the founder's fictional universe of Keletír, Tenurria borrows and implements its' cultures and languages in real life as much, as it's possible. Since there are many, the nation has two official flags, two national anthems and at least two variants of names of each settlement on its' territory.

Given out of context of the Keletír and fictional Keleic world, Tenurria can be explained as a host for at least 2 old-fashioned, "vintage" cultures. One of them, Krönslandian, is inspired by Medieval Europe, predominantly Scandinavia, whilst another, Estuarian, is inspired either by Mediterranean nations (and considered rather a part of Krönslandian legacy), or cultures of Albania, Turkey and Persia. The latter ones, being native to a small minority of settlers in the fictional world, are highlighted and prioritized in Tenurria.

Music

Tenurria is planned as an ally, supporter and even safe space for the local amateur folk bands.
