Outcome of the war
@Ayunipear: What is your justification for it being a de-jure victory? From my standpoint, this is clearly a Gaplan victory as the note states: "The war was won by Gapla because all of Juniperia's troops withdrew after the treaty, which was the goal of Gapla during the war.
