The first edition of the TBC Music Festival 2023 will be aired on TBC 1 on 30 April 2023. Four countries will partecipate at the festival (Satoshi, Egemonica, Belcity and Todia) in its first edition. The festival can be watched on TBC 1 on Rumble.

Non-participating countries
Kotland: Kotland was invited to take place in the music festival, but no response of partecipation was received. On 5 April TBC announced that Kotland will not partecipate in the TBC Music Festival 2023 but may partecipate in the future.
