The State of Populi is the 3rd State and most populous of the PRR. Founded in 2011 by Anthony Windau, Populi is a major Agircultural state located in the People's Republic of Richland.
It is a small community of farmers. Populi has a bar which is called the Richland Historical Bar which serves Ikon drinks, snacks and also is going to open a small casino for patrons.
As one of the states of the People's Republic of Richland, it can have one voting and one adviser representative (or "governors") to attend the legislature.
