The Standardisation Council of Mouzilo (SCM) is a standard-setting body based in the Kingdom of Mouzilo in Rhomania. Though initially established as a domestic organisation, it has welcomed other nations wishing to incorporate standardisation systems in their own states. A prominent example is Græcia, the first nation outside Rhomania to receive its own SCM code range.
Though trying to keep harmony with ISO codes, it is possible for same two-letter codes to have different designations in ISO and SCM (an example is the code GR which in ISO designates Greece, whereas in SCM it designates Græcia).
