History
New Logo
On 24 November 2018, President Cooper Norfolk, who is also the Head of the then Seybold Department of Foreign Relations, decided that the logo of the Department was outdated and looked horrible. His solution was to create a new logo for the thenSeybold Department of Foreign Relations. At about 8 A.M. UTC-5, he created the new logo. The new logo has the words “Department of Foreign Relations” in a straight line. Above the line of words is a black, thin circle with a picture of a typical Mercator Projection map of the Earth. That was put there to represent the friendliness towards all nations and micronations in diplomacy. President Cooper Norfolk Enjoys the logo very much and said that it was a quote, "improvement from the last one".
Renaming of the Department
On 5 February 2019, President Cooper Norfolk signed an executive order relating to the renaming of a Department. He renamed this department to have seem more professional. The Department that was being renamed was the Seybold Department of Foreign Relations. President Cooper Norfoklk renamed the Department of Foreign Relations because the name "Foreign Relations" did not sound professional and was a bad decision on his part. He officially signed an executive order at 8:24 A.M. GMT-5 that says quote, "1. The Seybold Department of Foeign Relations will officially have its' name changed to the Executive Objective number two located beneath the current objective. 2. The Seybold Department of Foreign Relations will be officially renamed to the Seybold Department of Diplomacy, as it is a more professional title", officially renaming the Department of Foreign Relations to the Department of Diplomacy. After the executive order occurred, President Cooper Norfolk had to re-do the logo for the Department. All he did was change the text under the logo from "Department of Foreign Relations" to "Department of Diplomacy". President Cooper Norfolk, who is also the head of the Department of Diplomacy, was very happy about the renaming of his department.
New Head
On 10 April 2019, the Seybold Department of Immigration accepted a new citizenship form of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. Overall, that made the population of the Democratic Republic of Seybold be back at eighteen after the deportation of Maximilian Joseph, which is also very exciting. The first citizenship form of the day was submitted by a man by the name of Alex James Parker who lives in Florida and is twelve years of age. Alex James Parker was very excited to become a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Seybold and has been waiting a while for an opportunity to join the Democratic Republic of Seybold. He will be living in Woodlelands City, the Province of New Woodlelands. President Cooper Norfolk was also very excited to welcome another citizen, mainly because Mr. is a very good friend of President Cooper Norfolk. Alex James Parker has chosen to join the Partial-Pacifist Party of Seybold. This is a very exciting day for the head of the Partial-Pacifist Party of the Democratic Republic of Seybold, as Alex James Parker is the second member of that political party, the only one that has joined since the founding of the political party. He wanted to join the Partial-Pacifist Party of Seybold because it quote, “was the only party that fit [his] views the most out of all of the political parties in [the Democratic Republic of] Seybold,” according to Alex James Parker. Alex James Parker has been appointed to the office of head of the Seybold Department of Diplomacy. He was appointed to that position due to his experience in the organization and his ability to be diligent in certain tasks. President Cooper Norfolk was happy to hand over his duty of being the head of the Seybold Department of Diplomacy.
