Samy Adel Mohammed, or Sam M. for short, is a micronationalist who had served as the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Rovia from 26 March 2022 to 20 October 2024, and now serves as Minister of Education.

Early life

Sam M. was born in 1982 in Alexandria to Egyptian parents, where he spent all of his childhood until going on to become an expatriate in Jeddah.

Micronational career

Along with Al Mu'tazz billah and Esty Carpentieri, Sam was the leader of the Rovia Movement, which eventually led to the independence of Rovia.

In the Kingdom of Rovia, and in the Imperial era, Sam was the official advisor to Al Mu'tazz.

After the founding of the Second Rovian Empire, Sam M. succeeded Esty Carpentieri as Prime Minister of Rovia. He's also currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Rovia.

Prime Minister of Rovia

During his stint at the office of Prime Minister, Sam M. focused on increasing and strengthening foreign relations with countries of the outside world and removing Rovia from its isolation phase. On 19 March 2023, Rovia joined the GUM as an observer state. On 13 June 2023, Sam M. started talks on behalf of Rovia of proposing a mutual recognition treaty with the Soyzuist Republic of Azameen, which eventually grew successful and became Rovia's first mutual recognition treaty since the dissolution of the Greater Rovian Empire. Sam M also resigned many existing mutual recognition treaties to continue diplomatic relations with several countries. On 1 January 2024, Sam M. released his government's plans for the next year. On 1 February 2024, Sam M. began proposing to the Government the idea of signing yet another mutual recognition treaty, this time with the Fraildenese State. After talks by the heads of states of both countries, the idea of a mutual recognition treaty became a reality and was ratified by both countries as well.

Personal views

Sam M. could be described as a liberal, since he supports economic liberalization and pragmatism. He also supports socialism in most aspects. One of his main influencers in his political decisions is the former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat.
