His Grace Sir Ryan James William St. George of that Ilk, Baronet, KSC, MOF, is the Lord of the House of St. George and the current Minister of Foreign Affairs for People's Proper Republic of Wellington. Sir Ryan was born and raised on Canada, where a part of his family has resided for over a hundred and fifty years. He is of a very mixed ancestry, though he is mostly and identifies himself as Scottish. His hobbies include reading and writing, drawing, research, hiking, biking, and photography.

Ryan was a name suggested by a family friend shortly after his birth; James was a name he picked, to honour a great-uncle, from a side of his family he never really knew, that died in a car accident; William was also a name he picked to honour another relative relative of his, Kennedy, the arctic explorer, and St. George; his chosen family name, was an alias used by an ancestor of his.
