Roscami Dilu, officially the Diluan Autonomous Territory, is an overseas territory in Roscamistan, located in North America. Roscami Dilu was created in September 2023 after the dissolution of the Republic of Dilu. Originally meant to be created in March 2023, legislative inactivity in the National Assembly and personal issues of many government members prevented its passing. The Diluan Territory was forgotten until the 1st National Congress was formed, when the act became a high priority.
The devolved government of Dilu is composed of a Chief Executive and a Territorial Assembly. The Territorial Assembly is subordinate to the federal National Congress and the Chief Executive answers directly to the Assembly, despite the in law presidential government.
