Restoration Party
The Restoration Party is a joke political party in the Republic of Valkerion. It supports the idea of an Absolute Monarchy, and wants to turn the Republic of Valkerion into a kingdom with Sofia Chen as Empress of the new government. The Party participated in the Valkerian 2024 Presidential Election, where the party lost. The party believes that the correct way of governing is by reverting back to the old method, the monarchy. Hence the name Restoration. In addition, the party also believes in a disproved conspiracy theory that Spencer Zhang and Harlan Guh purposefully tricked Sofia Chen out of power during the formation days of the nation.

History
The Restoration Party was founded as a joke in response to the announcing of the election. There is nothing else really known about the party besides the fact that they wanted to establish a monarchy. During the election, the Restoration Party received one vote. This would lead to them losing. The Restoration Party has been always inactive ever since they announced their creation, with nothing being notable about this party. Despite a lack of any seriousness, this party was a major contributing factor to the creation of the Centrist Unity party-Social Party Coalition. This was due to the fact that Spencer Zhang realized that people might actually vote for this party as an attempt at comedy, and thus wanted to expand political influence to prevent this from happening. Fortunately for Spencer, these fears never came to fruition, and the Restoration Party quickly faded away from relevancy.
However, not everything is done. the founder of the party has stated that he is looking towards the future not the current day, showing that this party might end up being much more relevant in the future.
