Ranaism is a monotheistic religion based on the teachings of Sha-Sha and the stories of the Great Kings. Its adherents, known as Ranahans, believe that Sha-Sha is the eternal God who chose frogs initially to be the sole entities living upon Earth before massive Great Wars changed the course of history. They also believe that another Great War is coming, fueled by the tortured souls with Reus, as told in the Prophecies of the Eadorno.

Etymology

Ranaism comes from the Latin word 'Rana,' meaning 'Frog,' as Ranahans believe that Sha-Sha made frogs to be the sole entities of Earth.

Ranaist symbolism

Ranaism can also be expressed using a symbol which can be copy and pasted on any computer or mobile device as the following;

𓆏.

History

Ranaism first began on 30 June 2022, after Hope Karl I discovered the Eadorno and retellings of chronicles regarding Sha-Sha in the ruins of the Holy Temple in Ela'r'oech. In late 2022, the religion saw a large rise in members and popularity. The Hope would later become inspired by the events to write Liber Ranarum.

Scripture

In current Ranahan canon, the only notable scripture is the Eadorno, the sole guidebook on Ranaism. The Eadorno explains the hierarchical structure of the Churches and gives notes regarding the Great War and verses regarding the origins of Omicrons, Savacrons, and the Great Kings.

However, it should be noted that two other scriptures are being worked on by the Hope and other followers of Ranaism, called the Liber Ranarum and Legatum Ranarum. The Liber Ranarum will include detailed descriptions of the times of Sha-Sha and the Great Kings, as well as verses and other stories for an overall expansion of Ranahan canon. The Legatum Ranarum will include poems and descriptions in detail regarding the Great Wars and the Great Kings specifically.

Structure

The structure for Ranaism is not specifically taken from any other religious structure and goes as follows.
