The Athena Urabbanakis (Racservia) Trust, trading as Racservian Empire, is the investment empire of Danny Racovolis.
Etymology
The trust is named in honour of Athena Urabbanakis, a Urabbaparcensian deity, and for the Enactorial House of Racservia, the private company of Danny Racovolis.
History

The empire was officially established as a discretionary trust on 8 September 2023, when Urabba Parks Pty Ltd the (now the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia Proprietary Limited) formally took possession of the Promachos site at what was then the Flandrensian Ecological County of New Eurabba, when the Blackstump Acts authorised the issued of ordinary shares for the funding of the acquisition of the property. Numerous developments came as a result of the Bodyguard Reform Package. In March 2024, a charitable trust was created with the intention of being established to received tax deductible donations. In May 2024, New Eurabba officially became the Racservian Environment of New Eurabba.
On 23 July 2024, the trustee made an application to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the federal business name regulator, for the registration of the name Racservian Empire. The application was approved the next day.
Politics and government
The empire is operated through a discretionary trust, where the trustee has absolute power to control its affairs. Since the establishment of the trust on 8 September 2023, the trusteeship has been held by D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited, (the Enactorial House of Racservia), headed by Danny Racovolis.

The empire is the representative micronation of the Racservian Environment of New Eurabba in Urabbaparcensia, which has an estate of 3,335 m2 (35,900 sq ft).
