The Prime Minister is elected by their colleagues in the House of Delegates. In order to become PM, the leaders of the largest two parties must compete against one another for the position by election, whoever attains a majority of the votes by their colleagues becomes Prime Minister of Rhodesia.
The office of the Prime Minister's term limits are virtually renewable as long as they keep getting chosen by the House of Delegates.
The Unilateral New Constitution is expected, when ratified, to keep all of these posts in tact, as well as those of the President of Rhodesia.
