The Presidium of the Empyrean of the Moon is the executive branch of the Empyrean of the Moon. It is chaired by the President of the Empyrean of the Moon, who has wide-reaching powers to make and enforce laws.
The Presidium permanently includes the President and also includes executive officers who the President appoints. Generally most executive officers subordinate to the President are created through declarations of the President, legal missives with force of law.
Its current chair is President Horatio Eden.

The Presidium is currently composed of:
- The President of the Empyrean, Horatio Eden;
- The Secretary of Home Affairs, a vacant office;
- The Empyrean Mint Officer, a vacant office;
- The Secretary of Transportation, a vacant office.
Executive officers are only members of the Presidium if the law creating their office stipulates it; as such, the Empyrean Mint Officer is a member of the Presidium, but the Executive of the Empyrean Chess Federation is not.
