The President of the Republic of Pearlocha or the President of Pearlocha is the Head of state of the Republic of Pearlocha and is also the appointer of the Head of Government within the Republic. The President may run for 2 terms in-a-row however cannot serve for more than two terms in-a-row, however, they can run for a third term if it is not in-a-row with all other terms.

The President has the power to appoint a cabinet, veto legislation, create foreign agreements with the the advice of Congress, and is to represent Pearlocha in all foreign interactions between Pearlocha and other nations.
