The Prime Minister, officially the Prime Minister of the Sepranan Democratic Republic (unofficially known as Premier), was the head of government and de facto chief executive of the Sepranan Democratic Republic. The Prime Minister was appointed by the President without approval of the Grand National Assembly. The Prime Minister reported both to the President and to the Grand National Assembly. The inaugural Prime Minister, Thomas Jacobs, originally founded the post as Premier of the Sepranan People’s Republic
