The Premier of Roseland was the elected head of state and head of government of the now defunct Republic of Roseland. The Premier was elected in an annual election in which every citizen of Roseland has the right to vote. Candidates for Premier must be of at least 13 years of age and be a citizen of Roseland.

The first and current Premier of Roseland is Sophia Albina, who was elected on 2 April 2016, in an election against her opponent, Liam Albina of the Liamist Party
