The Patiras Island is one of the islands in the estuary of the Gironde. It is essentially covered with cornfields, sunflower and vine. The northwest of the island was reported by the Patiras lighthouse.
Since 2013, the island is now part of the territory claimed by the Principality of Hélianthis.
