The Olovian National Military, officially known as the O.N.M, is the official armed force of the Olovian nation, the O.N.M was formed on 15 December, 2021, previously formed as a militia to safeguard the security of the newly-formed Olovian state.

Throughout its history, the O.N.M. has been involved in several conflicts, with intention of defending the security of Olov. Some notable instances include the 2023 Ondernaming civil-conflict since 19 April, 2023, where the O.N.M. was tasked in repelling an oppositional faction and protecting national state interests.

By international law, the O.N.M is categorized as a militia serving the secessionist entity of Olov.

Structure

The O.N.M. is organized with three distinct branches, each with specific activities, the major divisions of the Olovian National Military include:

  1. Olovian National Army: The ground-based component of the O.N.M, responsible for conducting land-based military operations and providing support to civil authorities during conflict.
  2. Olovian National Navy: As the naval force, the Olovian Navy is tasked with defending the nation's maritime borders, although the Olovian state does not have a maritime, the navy conducts operations on rivers, and to ensure the safety of Olovian state.
  3. Olovian National Air Force: The Olovian Air Force operates and maintains the aerial assets of the military, including some proposed drones, enabling the nation's aerial superiority and strategic mobility.
