Neptune is the eighth and farthest planet from the Sun in the Solar System. It is the fourth-largest planet by diameter and the third-largest by mass. It is part (de iure), as of 29 May 2013,of the Empire of Myrotania and of HIM Thomas I, Emperor of Myrotania; since 26th September 2024 the area is de facto governed by the Neptunian Democratic Kingdom
Underneath the map of Waagen (Neptune) visible to the right, there is the Flag of the province of Waagen. The Province is split into two cities. One city occupies the Northern Hemisphere of the Planet and the other city occupying the Southern Hemisphere.
The two cities that the province and planet is split into are the City of Martínton and the City of Tárton. Martínton occupying the Northern Hemisphere and Tárton occupying the South (de iure); de facto the planet is split into three administrative regions: the Blue City "Metropolis" (a city on the Western side of the planet, that only occupies 0.00001 km2 of the whole landmass), the Northern Province (The northern side of the planet) and the Southern Province.
