On May 29, 2013, Thomas I, Emperor of Myrotania officially set up a city called Tárton. The city is the southern hemisphere of Neptune and it joins together with Martínton to make up the Province of Waagen. As of 26th September 2024, the territory is now governed by the Neptunian Democratic Kingdom
