Moycullen was a territory of the East Galwegian Socialist Republic, located in the village of the same name. Its history dates back to when it was formally a territory of the Republic of Aweland, and after its dissolution by Willow Cizdeizd I, the territory was annexed by East Galway without opposition.
Moycullen was governed by a Commissioner, who was appointed by the President on the advice of the Cabinet of Ministers. Since the dissolution of East Galway the territory has been in the hands of Roscamistan.
