The Monarchy of Sovietia is the core of Sovietia's government structure. It is an absolute monarchy as designated by the country's charter working through a parliamentary system with the monarch being both the head of state and head of government. The sovereign is the personification of the Sovietian Worker's Party and, therefore, of the Sovietian workers, and is officialy entitled Emperor and General Secretary of the Workers of Sovietia and the Sovietian Worker's Party, shortly as Emperor of the Workers of Sovietia or Soviet/Sovietian Emperor.
