The Ministry of Justice (Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości), formerly the Ministry of Judiciary (Ministerstwo Sądownictwa), is a government ministry in Baltia responsible for developing and implementing state policy in the field of: the penal system, non-profit organizations, foreign organizations, non-governmental organizations, political parties, religious organizations, the notarial system and the judiciary. The Ministry of the Judiciary was created on November 12, 2022.
The Ministry deals with the organization of courts throughout Baltia and its colonies. The Ministry of the Judiciary is de facto a presidential ministry, thanks to the fact that the highest court in Baltia, i.e. the Royal Court, belongs to the current head of state. The President may appoint himself or another person as the Minister of Justice. When a ministry is managed by an official president, the ministry is called a presidential ministry, but when a ministry is managed by another minister then the ministry is called a conference ministry.
On May 2, 2023, the Ministry of the Judiciary changed its name to the Ministry of Justice.
