The Ministry for Justice and Domestic Affairs (MJDA), is a ministry of the national government of the Valencian Republic responsible for elections, human rights, and the judicial process in the Republic. Established in May 2021 by the Chamber of Deputies, its duties include law enforcement, running and operating the court system, carrying out elections, and managing natural resources. As of the Marino Government, the MJDA is the only Ministry to not have a Minister as Prime Minister or Deputy Prime Minister.
Ministers
The MFA has two Ministers, the Minister for Domestic Affairs and Minister for Justice and the Legal System. The Minister for Domestic Affairs is responsible for formulating domestic policy; the Minister for Justice and the Legal System is responsible for formulating justice policy, as well as appointing a Solicitor-General of the Republic.
