The Ministry for Agriculture and the Sciences (MAS), is a ministry of the national government of the Valencian Republic responsible for agriculture, health, and scientific research within the Republic. Established in May 2021 by the Chamber of Deputies, its duties include providing health for citizens of Valencia, advancing scientific knowledge in Valencia, ensuring a safe transport network across Valencia, and advancing agriculture in Valencia.
Ministers
The MFA has two Ministers, the Minister for Health and Social Affairs and Minister for Agriculture and the Environment. The Minister for Finance and Energy is responsible for formulating health, culture, education, infastructure, sports, and transportation policy; the Minister for Agriculture and the Environment is responsible for formulating agricultural, environmental, and scientific policy.
