The Minister of Labour, sometimes known as the Labour Minister, is an executive department head overseeing the Department of Labour. They are a principal advisor to the President of the United Federation on issues concerning things such as unions and workplaces. They are a member of the cabinet.
Role
The labour minister has the role of advising the president and suggesting and enforcing laws involving unions, the workplace and all other issues involving business-person controversies. They also can represent the president and Federal Government of Aumarea in trade union negotiations.
Appointment
The labour minister is appointed by the President of Aumarea. The president typically appoints the minister with the advice and the consent of the senate.
